STRTFSTVL foundation promotes street theatre, music and variety through organising (cultural) performances, by spreading information and by supporting other organisations with programming, promotion and/or implementation of (street theatre) events and performances.
Over the years STRTFSTVL has organised several events to accomplish her goal: STRTFSTVL Showcase (2015 The Hague, 2016-2020 Utrecht, 2023-2025 Ulft, STRTFSTVL Berlijnplein (Utrecht, 17 August 2016), circus theatre festival CirqAdam (Amsterdam, 30 September - 2 October 2016), STRTFSTVL Rijssen (Rijssen, 28 April 2018), STRTFSTVL Brusselplein (Utrecht 25 May 2019), STRTFSTVL Valkenburg (Sept 2020), STRTFSTVL Arnhem 6-7 Aug 2022, 15-16 Aug 2024, 16-17 aug 2025).

STRTFSTVL Foundation processes your personal data because you use our services and / or because you provide this information to us yourself.
Below you will find an overview of the personal data that we process:
- First and last name
- Organization
- Address data
- Telephone number
- E-mail address
- Other personal data that you actively provide, for example when registering for our events, in correspondence and by telephone
- Bank account number
STRTFSTVL does not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information about a minor without this permission, please contact us via avg@strtfstvl.nl and we will delete this information.
STRTFSTVL Foundation processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- The handling of payments
- The sending of our newsletter and / or publication
- Ticket sales and registration for our events
- To be able to contact you if this is necessary to perform our services
- To inform you about our activities
- To be able to deliver goods and services to you
- STRTFSTVL also processes personal data if it is legally required to do so, such as data required for tax returns.
The STRTFSTVL Foundation does not store your personal data longer than is necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. If you do not want STRTFSTVL to keep your data, you can report this at any time via avg@strtfstvl.nl. An exception to this is the statutory retention period that apply to the financial administration.
STRTFSTVL will not sell your information to third parties and will only provide it if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We conclude a processor agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. The STRTFSTVL Foundation remains responsible for these processing operations.
STRTFSTVL only uses functional cookies on its website. These are used, for example, to remember selected filters in the artist overview.
Under European law (GDPR) you have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by STRTFSTVL and you have the right to data portability.
You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request for cancellation of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to avg@strtfstvl.nl.
To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you identify yourself with a copy of your ID. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.

The STRTFSTVL Foundation takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized changes.
